PRC was hired to replace a window. The new window was installed askew and leaked water into the house when it rained. I called them back out several times. Each time a different employee would show up and water test the window. It would leak from the top seal each time. Never would they offer to fix the problem. The manufacturer rep showed up a year later and couldnâ t believe the problem was not fixed. The window wasnâ t shimmed on install and has a gap between the upper seal and window casing that allows for direct water intrusion. Would you believe I paid $11,000 for this work? Thatâ s 2 years ago and still complete silence on fixing a simple shim job.

This company has been working on my roof for over two years and they still have not completed the job. They have been paid by my insurance company! This company has been a nightmare. Dont do it!!

Very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of workmanship. Project Director, Andy, was exceptional in guiding the progress of the job. He also personally performed the finishing work which required custom designing and fabricating the transition molding for the doorway. Job well done! PRC has provided numerous roof repairs on roofs in our community. The HOA owns the roofs so PRC must meet the expectations of both the HOA Board and the individual townhome owners. They have always been prompt, responsive and professional and their work has always been good.They have been quick to respond to requests for assessments, promptly provided written estimates and got right to work as soon as the deposit was provided.The Ops Mgr told us after one big storm with numerous leaks that two were not the roof. taking money out of his own pocket and treating us right. We strongly recommend PRC.

My family in Cocoa had a really stubborn and tricky leak in the flat roof over our sun room (which we've converted to quasi-living space). Other contractors tried and failed to stop it. Jim O'Brian with PRC got the job done--he came back a second time when needed, and now we're good to go.
