Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Guy came and gave us a estimate and we paid a deposit and have not heard from them. My husband called them last week and they said we should hear from Andy before Christmas.

This is the second time I utilized this company, they did my windows and doors impact windows. they did the job in 2 days very professional, and so well done, I am a perfectionist, and have no complaint at all, Randy, thanks for your patience with me, I have another project in the future and will be calling again, everything was perfect the price unbeatable. This review is somewhat overdue but we felt that others need to know that this is not a reputable company. We spent lots of money to have roofing repairs and shingles done by this company we were told they were well experienced in restoring older homes and we would be very happy, this could not be further from the truth. Although the work crew were nice guys, they were not qualified or experienced for the job and were not even given the proper tools to work with very poor management who were never around and always made excuses. They were called back to fix numerous items that were not done correctly after they said they were finished, we are still not happy and have decided we will do it ourselves rather that argue with them, we have even had contractors who we hired for other jobs who commented on the sloppy repairs and shingle work. Lastly, we even had leaks around poorly installed flashing which we ended up fixing ourselves rather than have to call them back as we knew it would not be done properly. We definitely do not recommend them and sorry that we did not research their customer feedback more.

They had replaced a relatives roof and were very professional - Everyone I dealt with was polite, informative and responsive. I had Ken for my estimator - he was great to work with - explained the timeline for the project and provided essential information on my old roof that I sent to my insurance company. Woody was the site supervisor - great team of workers - explained everything and came back to answer questions - very responsive. I have recommended you company to other neighbors who have asked about my roof. Thanks

Promises not kept. Tarp put in place, but then ran into major communication difficulties with no other work being done. Ended up not using this company. Paid for the tarp and moved on. Never got receipt for tarp payment either.

I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some bad apples. This can happen in any business. PRC has gone above and beyond to make things right for me. Hiring Rick P. to run the show alongside the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company. He is kind, called me regularly, stopped in to personally oversee the repairs, and made sure that superior quality and service was afforded to me and to the project. I cannot rave enough about how great both Rick P. and this company are. In fact, PRC went many extra miles for me in that they paid for things that were not even part of their original agreement. They reroofed my flat roof, bought me an expensive hurricane resistant (fantastic) wood and glass door, gutted the room, added a new ceiling, new walls, new thick insulation, fixed an air conditioning issue I had, hauled away old equipment, installed new, fixed an outside hole, rebricked outside, repainted and added carpeting of my choice to the room. It is gorgeous! In fact, when other installers made an error on the carpet install, Rick got that fixed for me too. Be sure to choose PRC for many of your construction needs. Ask for Rick!

We are very pleased with the work that PRC did replacing our roof. We found everyone in the company very professional and knowledgeable. Ron, the roofing estimator, was great. He was professional and helpful during the initial phases of the project and available throughout the project. He helped get everything in order and took time to explain the contract in detail. Jude, the project manager, was also great. He was extremely professional, well organized, pleasant and very helpful. Communication was excellent. Anytime we had a question he was available to provide an answer and informed us on a daily basis of the work that was going to be done. This was so helpful for us so we could make plans around the work. Thank you PRC!

this company suggested i need additional work done, since it was not put in writing, i have no idea what is needed to complete the work. also after speaking with company re: warranty, no info have been recieved. perhaps a call from home advisor would prompt (PRC) to resolve this matter. thank you floyd

Sliding Door - Install
Had three new sliders installed so I would not have water enter during any storms. Last year I had the original sliders in my condo during Hurricane Mathew and never had any water issues. These original sliders were cheap and not very energy efficient. So I decided to get new ones installed to become more energy efficient and to be extra safe against any possibility of water entering. I was told the sliders were energy efficient, which they are and water would not be an issue. During Hurricane Irma, I had water enter between the siders and the concrete floor. I believe Hurricane Mathew last year was stronger than Irma and I had no water enter my old cheap sliders. I contacted the company after the storm and they came out and caulked the door and was told I should not have any more issues. I asked if they were going to help with the floor repair and they told me they would check. Just this past weekend we had another good rain and I noticed the concrete at the base of the door was becoming wet. I called the company again and advised them of the issue and still waiting for a response for the floor repair and the new leak. Before this happened I was considering on getting some windows replaced, but now having second thoughts because if my old slider didn't give me problems, maybe I should just keep my old windows. What good is getting anything done if they can not hold up to the elements. I hope the company helps me out because others in my complex are looking at getting new sliders installed and they know my issue.

PRC was able to R R power roof vent,close ridge vents ahead of schedule. I was not home at the time but Brian did the job and there was no trace that he had been there. Shingles matched, feathered in perfectly

Their crew really knew what they were doing. Had the old shingles stripped off and the underlayment down in one day. Cleaned up nicely. The second day they installed the shingles, and again they were pros at this job. Did the most of the installation in one day, and came back the next morning an finished up odd little jobs in two hours. Brian Haire, president of the company, came by our home, and we sealed the deal. Very pleasant to work with. I called at least 6 other roofing companies, and only one other called back. They would give us an estimate in 2 weeks, but by that time PRC had my job done. I was the purchasing manager for my company before retirement, and recognize a real pro in Brian Haire.

I am very unhappy with this company they over charged me and did not complete the repairs in the contract. I am disabled and was very sick at the time the roof was finished so wasn't able to go out side to inspect the job. The supervisor assured me the job was done right and no extra materials were used. I had gotten very sick and had a check cut to pay them, the amount from memory because I had misplaced the contract. When I got feeling better I looked over the work and the contract and realized I had paid $390 to much. I called the company and ask for my money back and told them about the work being incomplete and they blew me off for months. I faxed a the contract and canceled check and a new person called me and told me they were keeping the money because extra materials were used. I hope this company is not recommended to any one else.

Gus, the repair tech, went above and beyond and pointed out several other issues with my roof construction I wasn't even aware of and fixed those in addition to the contracted repair at no charge. He was courteous helpful, efficient, prompt and made sure the job was done right.
