In any disaster situation time is critical. Property Restoration responded to my call for help immediately. The time it took for their technicians to arrive at my house was the time it took to get in their vehicles and drive to my house. I was extremely satisfied with the speed of their response. Once in my house, they began work immediately which limited the extent of the water damage and made the whole job much smaller than it might otherwise have been. Not only was it fast but it was thorough. The guys who came were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They eased my concerns and resolved the issue completely and definitively. There was nothing they could have done better or differently. I ended up relieved and completely satisfied. They turned an extremely worrisome situation into a manageable one. I can't find enough complimentary words to describe how pleased I am with every aspect of Property Restoration's service.

Make sure you are specific about what you want to be cleaned up. I found several pieces of things still sitting in puddles of water. That was hard for me to lift.
