I have a couple rental homes that recently became vacant. Dennis has gotten one ready to rent and is working on the other. He has done painting, electrical, trim work, etc. Dennis will do extensive work at the next property to include some minor tile work and lots of painting and trim. Very good work, timely, conscientious and at a good price; as a bonus he is personable and easy to work with. I can highly recommend Dennis.

Dennis was very consciensus about his work...and really cleaned up after himself when finished! Also, when a project was beyond his realm of knowledge, he declined doing the job rather than going ahead and botching it!

I showed him how I wanted my project completed but he chose his own method. In "repairing" the spring on a screen door, he simply removed it.

Clean, efficient work in a timely manner. Didn't trump extra work to add to the initial estimate. Seems honest.
