Mark Poole is the company owner and his son, Tyler works with him along with other staff. They are a family and that is reflected in how the run their business and take care of their customers. Mark is extremely professional, outgoing, and very respectful of both the customer and property. They did an estimate and performed the job within a week's time. I am selling my home and needed radon mitigation. We are quite content with this company and would highly recommend to anyone needing any type of home project. Mark is also a wealth of knowledge and will go beyond the actual project to assist with any questions and resolutions to your home needs.
