The electrician is not a customer service person. He had an underlying attitude that just did not sit well with me. He fixed the majority of the problem quickly, but did not fix a light switch that turned on and off the ceiling light in the bedroom. His response to me was "Didi it ever work in the first place". Hello, you were there to fix an electrical problem. Who the heck has a light in their bedroom that cannot turn off or on? I will NEVER do business with this company again. Customer service is a major reason why people come back to a company. Customer Service is rated a -20.

"Hello Carmen, I am truly sorry you feel this way. I do strive for excellent customer service. I can assure you I didn?t have an underlying attitude. Perhaps It came across that way because every time I walked past your pit bull it growled and barked viciously. My comment about if the switch ever worked was not meant to be a flip comment like you portray it. I asked because you told me you had an unqualified person install the light and another to try to troubleshoot the power outage. Your original request was to correct a power outage. I did just that. I didn?t occur to me the switch might be bad because all power was restored and I checked. In addition I came out and added a new switch at no charge just to show I was sorry for any confusion ... our company takes customer service serious. I replaced your switch and our owner explained that we ask questions to pin point problems to help save time and money."

Excellent service. We first contacted Property Tech through HomeAdvisor for an estimate about a short circuit that another company was having trouble resolving. John gave us good feedback at that time and although the matter was otherwise resolved we decided to hire Property Tech for another project, to update and expand our circuit box to 200 amp. John and his partner, also named John, were very professional in all ways and considerate of our schedule, and we are very satisfied with the customer service and the work. They replaced interior and exterior equipment. The job required a final inspection on a separate day, and they arranged it to suit my convenience and one of them came to wait for the inspector, which was quite a long wait. We would recommend them.
