Started out well with quick response to request for bid. Communication was ok at beginning of the repair job but then no communication afterwards. First part of repair job was completed but then no contact afterwards to complete second repair. I have never received an invoice for the first repair so contrator was not paid. Still have not heard back from contractor almost two months later. Will look for some else to complete the repair.

Perhaps Scott Miller is very capapble with small projects, but I hired him to remove old carpet, and put in laminate flooring. He was indecisive. I couldn't get an estimate out of him until I insisted several times. Secondly, he took six days, showing up late, or not at all, and getting very little done. After the sixth day of excuses, and after walking on a floor that was squishing under my feet, with huge spaces inbetween the slots, I fired him. He had asked for money as he went, "broken saw", etc. so I ended up paying him $390.00 before I let him go. I then had to hire someone else who had to take the whole thing apart, took him 9 hr

He and his helper were OUTSTANDING. They were punctual, constantly cleaning up around the area so no dirt was tracked into the house, meticulous in clean up afterwards and very pleasant. The job was to fix the sliding glass door which was difficult to open. The men had great difficulty in removing the door but worked at it for 2 hours before they eventually got it removed. Unfortunately the support walls around are obviously not supporting enough. They cleaned and lubricated the tracks, replaced the wheels and returned the door after straightening the sill which previous owners had badly damaged. These guys worked well and beyond all expectations and stuck to the quoted price. They even apologized for taking so long. I would have them back for any job. They were first rate. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the work. Scott was efficient, even going beyond what we requested. He was open to doing last minute requests as well. We will definitely utilize his services again.
