Dan is the man!! He was originally tasked with replacing our water heater, but while he was here we had him look at a few other issues and one thing turned into another. By the time it was all said and done he had installed a new water heater, 3 bathroom faucets, a toilet fill valve, and rebuilt the pressure regulator and shut off valve going into our house, and he did this all in one day mind you! He handled everything flawlessly and his work speaks for itself. I couldn’t get them a higher recommendation if I wanted to!

I was quoted a little higher than another company for a water heater with no tank, any they were also so much more detail oriented with their price breakdown, and were much more friendly to deal with. . Their work is very very good too. I walked away feeling good about my decision to hire them. I would say one of the best plumbing works I’ve seen actually. A previous review here said they didn’t know plumbing could look so nice, but it’s true!

Of course my water heater died day one (Sat) into a 3 day holiday weekend... 🤷🏽‍♂️ I called 5 other places before Pros Water Heater and they either didn't answer the phone or didn't want to make a service call. This business answered the phone right away and dispatched a tech out within 4 hours. The tech arrived on time and was very competent. The issue was diagnosed within 20 minutes and it was terminal for my water heater. I had to pay extra to get a water heater distributor (different business) to open up for Pros Water Heater to pick up a new water heater at off hours on a holiday weekend which sucked, but I'm just blaming the timing of my old water heater. Once the tech came back with a new water heater, two more techs arrived to assist. The three of them were able to quickly split up the work and got the new water heater installed and running in just over an hour. I do my own basic plumbing and it was very nice to see them do high quality work efficiently and got it done right the first time. Zero issues several months later too. Huge thanks to Pros Water Heater for getting our hot water working again same day while off hours on a holiday weekend!
