Proscaping of Houston

This contract took my money and has not started the project and has not returned my calls or texts.

In the beginning the contractor was very nice and very professional however as the job went by the contractor did not meet his promises and has not completed the job and is not returning my calls.

We hired Luis from Proscaping. He gave a good price but required 50% deposit for a patio, walkway, and sportcourt. He completed 70% of the job but has not finished the job even thought it's going on the 4th week. While working on the job, we paid an additional 25% for material. His work was of good quality. He was proactive and industrious at the start, but I suspect he has taken on additional jobs and does not want to finish ours now that he has the money. We have not been able to reach him for a week now. Be wary about paying him up front.

Proscaping of Houston was so easy to hire and they got the job done quickly and beautifully. I called on a Thursday they gave me a great price over the phone and were here Friday morning on time. I needed a 6 by 6 foot cement slab and it was done in hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job of contacting me quickly, being in consistent contact during project and the work was done without delay. Very happy and will use this group again in the future.

Luis at Proscaping installed a paver patio area and it looks fantastic. I will call Luis on my next project and will recommend him to friends.

I wasn’t able to do the job when I originally planned to. I asked Luis to follow up with me in a month and he did. While doing the job, sodding, he and his crew filled in some additional spots around the property as a value added service. I highly recommend this company,

Very bad experience. Project still not done after two months. Mr Martinez never shows up when he says he will. About the last five feet of the pavers were installed in the wrong design. The pavers are still not grouted and sealed after making numerous phone calls to try to get him back to finish the job. He says he will come but never shows up. I will have to hire someone else to finish the work.
