Great job. They were on time and did very comprehensive clean up at the end of job. They started at 7am finished 2pm. I own A gambrel type house. Pro sense was informed, speedy, and reasonably priced. From first contact to completion of shingle-replacement job took less than 24 hours.

They are good with what they do. Scheduling is easy, but only after I have paid half of the estimate. Overall good experience with this roofer. Found them on this website to fix a roof leak near the chimney that requires reflashing. Jon came quickly for a quote. We decided to go with them due to their price and good reviews. I was pleased to know that Dave was able to schedule the repair the next day, after we paid the deposit. The workers don't speak much English but seemed to be very capable, and they have done a good job. Will consider them when we are ready to replace the roof.

My house is in a difficult area to navigate, to say the least. After a falling tree limb did some major damage, I was worried our job was near-impossible. Dave’s crew got it done. There were some weather-related delays, but Dave stayed in contact throughout. Totally satisfied.

It was great to call and talk to a owner. Dave was great to deal with and came right out here over the week end for an emergency repair (wind damage) and his crew will install a new roof in the next couple weeks but meanwhile he fixed the roof so it won't leak. Dave was excellent to work with and know the business very well.

David was / is responsive and competitively priced... we have not started the project yet because a portion of the roof is rubber and David has to wait warmer temps...

Last Fall we had a leak on the large part of our roof. David's crew came out within a week and did an amazing job. Recently, we had a tree fall on our house. The next day David and his crew came out and put a tarp on it. He helped us through the insurance process and will be replacing the rest of the roof next week. He is professional and honest and is wonderful to work with.

Hired Dave and his crew to do a rather messy garage roof replacement. All houses are very close together, so the crew worked meticulously to be respectful of neighbors to our side and behind us. On-time, over-deliver, GREAT customer service and quality work. Would 100% recommend them!
