Chris was very easy to work with. If any issues came up he was quick to respond and deal with them immediately. His quote was very reasonable in this market. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. He was very receptive to any suggestions I made. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him!

We hired Chris at Prospect 30 Eight to build an addition on our house for my aging mom. It was a scary commitment for us, and Chris made it manageable. He handled every step of the process, from design and permitting, to hiring and managing the flow of workers, and all the steps of the building process, right down to the small details. Chris is honest, trustworthy, and a hands-on guy -- he will drop everything and show up if something is wrong. He has a calm demeanor and will figure out a solution to any problems that come up. I am so grateful we found him for this project. The end result is exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined. It has been a pleasure spending time with Chris. Highest recommendations!

I'm writing this review as Chris Moore/Prospect 30 Eight is completing the last few details of a 930 sq.ft. addition to our daughter's house where my wife and I will live full time. The project is a soup-to-nuts ADU including a bedroom, full bathroom, living/dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, foyer, attic storage plus a large covered deck. We are now fully moved in and are extremely pleased with every aspect of our new home. The quality of material and workmanship is excellent and Chris has made every effort to ensure our complete satisfaction. It's been a pleasure working with him and I would strongly recommend him to anyone contemplating a similar project.

Halfway thru this project and I find Prospect 30 Eight to be responsive and thorough, and supported by reliable and competent subcontractors.

They did a great job, wonderful to work with. Chris and his employee's were very helpful and everything turned out great. The only complain I have, they tiled my bathroom floor and did not clean well at all. I am still scraping mud of.

We called Sopris Mountain to pick up a bathroom in our 1909 Arts and Crafts that another contractor walked away due to personal issues. Although we had an idea on what we wanted in our small bath Chris came in and made some excellent suggestions and completed the bath within budget and on schedule. Chris and his crew were professional, attentive and very communicative. Being an older home there were many challenges involved, small space, uneven walls and floor were just a few. Chris was knowledgeable about older home/bath renovations and recommended quality fixes that would hold up long term to help our bath come out better than expected. Honestly we were lucky to have someone like Sopris execute and complete our bathroom, in hind sight the original contractor would have never exceeded our expectations like Chris has.

Chris helped with many facets of a recent project that we completed. He was easy to work with and his knowledge helped us through a few tough situations during the project and he was there until the end making sure that everything was completed.

Very easy to work with. Communicated well. Made adjustments as needed without charging more. A few things that we discussed did not get accomplished, the representative taking notes would have avoided this.

I hired Sopris Mountain Investments to finish a commercial space for my new franchise business. Chris was very helpful right from the beginning helping me understand the design and construction processes, navigating the building and fire department codes, and dealing with the 3 different ownership groups we were subjected to during the build out. The project had its bumps, but Chris handled the issues calmly, honestly, and professionally. Working with him, I now have a great workspace and environment that my business can grow into, and when I expand my business, I look forward to working with Chris again. Chris and Sopris were very professional in this bathroom addition. The quality of the work is superb and was kept within my budget. Chris and team were able to perform this addition quickly and will add a lot of value to my house.

I vetted 8-9 contractors for my basement remodel--I hired Sopris Mtn. Good decision. Chris had his guys there every day, there was progress every day. Chris supplied, not only overall project mngt, but did a fair amount of the work himself. He was engaged and committed to being on-time and on-budget, which he was. He also was instrumental in the design/layout of the project, offering up excellent suggestions and areas where I could improve the utilization of the space as well as the re-sale value of the project. I've done multiple fix n flips--I would hire Chris again without hesitation.

Chris was very easy to work with!! Very helpful in staying on budget and had great ideas. Save money on a designer and talk with him first!! Backs up his work. If it's not right he first time, he'll come back until it is!

Chris did a fantastic job. He re-tiled the bath/shower, installed new tub, floor tile, pedestal sink and paint. His prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely use him again. Courteous, clean, easy to work with...a great experience all around.

Very courteous and very nice. They did everything well and cleaned up each day after they left which is a plus. They also made sure to take care of our home each day they were here.

Christopher (Chris) can do any project. His estimate was the best out of three. He explains clearly what he will do. He puts it in writing. He did all the labor in the bathroom remodel, redirect plumbing, redirect wiring, installing the shower tiles and floor tiles. Helped us select our tiles, cabinets etc. He'll take you to stores to select tiles etc. He's very knowledgeable in selecting items that compliment the completed job. Easy to work with. He will become your friend.

He was great! He was professional, flexible, and a good partner.
