We've had Prospect to our house twice. The first time was an entire floor installation on our main level. Beautiful natural finish red oak. The second time they put the same red oak on the stairs, 2nd level landing/hall, and our master bedroom. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Installation Team was quick, but detailed - they've done this before, and you can tell. Mike is great to work with and knows the work. Jody in the office was very responsive and so friendly. I'm not sure how my wife found them, but if I need flooring and live in their service area, I know who to call.

We had existing flooring sanded and refinished. Unfinished wood was installed in two additional rooms. All flooring finished the same. Work was done in a timely fashion. Communication was great. Would recommend them in the future.

From the initial estimate and contract to preparation, execution, progress updates, accommodating change requests, and final follow-up, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. The install team was responsive to our needs and were fast but paid great attention to detail leading to a quality install. We had 4 bedrooms, 4 closets, a hallway and stairs done. Prospect Hardwood did an amazing job on our new home. We have been updating an almost 100 year old home, and with all the renovations on top of the initial state of the floor I was concerned about how well/if the floors would be able to be brought back to their original condition. Prospect Hardwood was on time, efficient and restored the floors far surpassing our expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Installers were careful when moving furniture and other items. Installation was professional with high level of attention to detail. Inspections conducted during project to ensure quality up to company standards and our satisfaction. Company’s cost was not cheap but quality of work and materials justified costs. Owner reviewed project and reviewed maintenance of floor. Very satisfied with work.

Mike and Jodee were professional and kept us up to date every step of the way. Extremely responsive, and they did it at a reasonable cost. While it seems like everyone else is blaming COVID for their price gouging prospect flooring sold a quality product at a cost which was fair.

From the estimate to the delivery; this team was very professional. The Project Manger, Jodi, communicated with us every day during the project - her involvement kept us involved and informed. The crew was amazing and very patient with us as we went through the color selection process. And the floors look AMAZING - the team was able to make 35 year old hardwoods look brand new!!

In early March, 2024, Prospect Hardwood Flooring installed the floors on the main level of my home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding in every way. Beginning with Mike who came out to evaluate the work to be done, he patiently explained every aspect of the job, answered all my questions, and then sat down and wrote out an estimate of the work to be completed which I believed to be more than fair. As I already had purchased the flooring from another company, the estimate Mike gave was based on the cost to install the floor and any other incidentals that needed to be done to complete the work. Although it was a little while before I could start the work, (I had other work going on that needed to be completed before the floor install could begin), the team at Prospect Hardwood was very understanding and continued to check in with me to see when I would be ready to begin the work. In particular, Jodi, the office manager, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the company and the work to be done, and patiently adjusted the schedule to meet my changing requirements. Once the work was started, Jodi kept me informed of who would be doing the work, when they would arrive, and what to expect. If there was a change, she made sure that I was aware of it. Finally, the team that came to install the floor was courteous, friendly, professional and fast. Reggie, and his team did a fantastic job on the install completing the work in one day. I have had many compliments on the craftsmanship of the work performed. All in all, it was a terrific experience, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!
