Although the inspection was relatively thorough, it was all visual. There were items I would have liked inspected but according to the inspector, were unable to attain. IE the sump pump. It was bolted down to the floor and they won't go the extra mile to inspect. Fortunately the house is less than 2 years old so I'm hoping no issues. The visual inspection was very thorough however and all discrepancies were listed.

Scheduled inspection for three days after I called! Even came out on a Sunday! found everything wrong with the house, even door knobs that were loose.
