Hired their service for a specific date and time, but they failed to show up. The owner came two weeks before and provided a bid; very courteous and seemed professional. But the day of the service a truck had not been secured, nor a worker engaged. When I called several times that morning I got the answering machine. Finally the owner answered and said he had left messages on my phones, but there were none. Very disappointed since I really wanted to do business with him given the reviews online.
