I hired Anthony to repair the roof, signed a contract, gave him a 30% down payment, I go home Saturday and he was not there, I called Anthony and he told me he needed to charge me an additional $80 for trash removal which I thought was covered in the contract, the work looks terrible, the roof is not completed, Anthony loaded my truck with trash without our permission, he has been a no show 3 days in a row, I feel like he is taking advantage of me. UPDATE: June 30 2020; After contact with HomeAdvisor the issue is resolved.

"I apologize for any misunderstanding in contractual agreement with Mary French, although, customer satisfaction is one of the leading missions of Mid-State Roofing /Anthony Sullivan. After a mild disagreement in terms, a total refund was given to Ms. French. Mid-State lost two days of labor and the materials used in order to satisfy a valued customer. We offer a quality product and superior customer satisfaction at an fair market price."

Very pleasant, low priced, and maintained safety standards (gloves and mask) considering the pandemic. Got right back to me by phone and came over on a Saturday afternoon to fix the leak in my roof.
