They were prompt in responding, gave a fair quote and scheduled the work to be done in a short time frame. They had an electrician that was able to relocate outlets, updated my canned lighting to LED and professionally installed kitchen cabinets.

We hired Prosper to replace our cellar bulkhead, a cellar window, a bathroom vanity, and repair/re-shingle our shed. The work was done on a timely basis and they were always courteous and professional. Chris always checked in while the work was being done and always asked if I was satisfied. Prosper will be my first call for future projects. I was completely satisfied with the end results. Chris was always great to deal with.

Issues like hidden black mold, rotten frames, and previous termite damage inside dry wall were uncovered and addressed efficiently and effectively along with the planned project without delaying the project too much. He assessed the feasibility of our ideas quickly, which greatly helped in coordinating the overall project and ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Over the past year, I searched for a contractor to remodel my bathroom. They would visit, promise a quote, and then disappear. I found Chris Cyr from Prosper Construction on Home Advisor. He came to assess the project and provided a detailed quote the next day. I researched his company and found no complaints. Chris, Noel, and another employee arrived on time to start the demolition. Noel did an exceptional job rebuilding and retiling our shower and floor, refurbishing our vanity, and installing new molding. He also repainted the entire bathroom. Noel was knowledgeable, respectful, and had a positive attitude. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Chris and Noel, and I highly recommend Prosper Construction.

I am very happy with the final result of the Project, and my comment I am focused on the final product, it was a Project designed in my imagination and with the help of Prosper construction this dream is finally a reality, functionally it fulfills my expectations which makes me happy, I give five stars to Prosper construction since as a company it manages to materialize projects like this, with the active participation of the owner. Chris and his team did a wonderful job with our basement remodel at a very competitive price. Chris was great at communication and quick to respond to my texts/queries. I very much appreciate Chris's dedication and perseverance to see the project through after some issues cropped up. The guys followed my floor plan exactly. They cleaned up before they left every day. The job came out better than I envisioned. Love the crew! And I am enjoying my finished basement.
