I'm usually a great judge of character but, apparently not in this case. Don responded immediately and gave me a quote the same day 2/9/2023. I emailed and texted him regarding some bushes I forgot to tell him about 2/10/2023 and to tell him my Husband and I wanted the job to be done Monday 2/20/2023. Today is Sunday 2/19/2023 and we have NOT heard from him. We just hope that he's OK and what ever kept him from doing the excellent work that he's known for doing, well, we hope he eliminates it from his life. Because, HE'S BETTER THAN THIS! In the mean time, My Husband and I are going to have to find another tree service....

You know that saying you can't judge a book by its cover well that is what i thought when i meet Don. I am a senior citizen and was leery and cautious of being taken advantage of. I needed some limbs removed from a big tree for a carport installation. Don came and i told him i had a estimate of $550.00 and he beat thar price by $300.00. His crew came a couple of days later and they were very polite and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company.

Initial reply from Don (the owner) was fast and courteous. Don and his crew were both on time and professional. They take pride in their work and love what they do. They also hauled away whatever they trimmed/cut down. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They cleaned up all the dead in the trees, the storm damage, and thinned them out to make them healthier. They worked around structures very efficiently. They cleaned up afterwards. Overall, they did an amazing job.

Did work with Don in the past. He now did work with my elderly mother. She paid more than half upfront - and has had scheduling issues to validate work on rentals and get accurate invoice. So now Don decided to call me and call my elderly mother names, aggressively make threats to break windows until he gets payment, and then send multiple text calling both my mother and myself names. Just generally act unprofessional and aggressive. So much so that we are considering restraining orders against Don. Because of this - I cannot recommend anyone use his service because he does not know how to conduct business professionally and threatening customers with harm to person or property is absolutely wrong.

I have screenshotted text messages and sent them to him for his mother owing me money and agreeing to owe money but would never meet or kept dodging me I called this gentleman to talk to him because of business we have done in past hoping he would talk his mother into paying her bill but with the family access of lawyers, this guy made it loud and clear they knew I would not sue them because of how much it would cost to do it they are a scam and by no way shape or form have I ever threatened any of my customers especially his mother if so I strongly encourage him to call the police because that..."

They did a great job. Their skilled and creative crew were able to remove trees close to close to buildings and fences without any damage. They carefully supported large limbs while they were being cut and lowered them slowly to the ground. They moved planters and lawn furniture out of the area as an extra precaution, then cleaned up al the debris and put everything back.

Don was out to estimate my job within 24 hours and provided a very competitive price to remove two old Willows, grind stumps, trim two maples, two pine trees and other shrubs on the property. His crew was on time, professional, hard working and did everything they said they would do. I look forward to having them back in Spring to do some landscaping. Great service!!!
