Listen in detail to the tech as he is explaining the cost to you. Was billed an additional 40.00 for cold air returns and tech said he explained that because they were larger that was an additional fee. Not once did I hear that so listen to detail.

"I am sorry about the misunderstanding, but we do not charge extra for cold air returns they count as a vent and it is still $20 per vent or cold air return."

These guys are real professionals. I almost fell for a scammer and, fortunately, found ProSteam instead. They were straightforward on the phone, gave an accurate estimate, did not try to talk me into anything. The technician was polite and professional and very personable. Iâ d recommend them without hesitation.

I hired ProSteam to clean the ductwork for the heating & cooling system. I almost fell for a scammer but, fortunately, figured out something was not right and found ProSteam. There are a lot of dishonest duct cleaning businesses but these folks are real professionals. They were great on the phone, straightforward. We talked about the options and they gave me an estimate. The technician was pleasant and professional. No one tried to talk me into anything and there were no hidden or surprise charges. I would definitely recommend them.
