Reviews
Write a ReviewHorrible communication. Office manager quit in middle of project and they found out she had not been ordering the items we gave her. Had to start all over again. Our house was a rebuild after a fire and it was they made it so stressful. We paid them off in January 23 and it is May 23 and they still have not finished the project. The owner Wade went into our title company and yelled at them. Very unprofessional. So many more issues too much to go into detail here.
Came over, spent most of the time telling me about all the BIG projects they had going. NEVER even received a quote. Guess I was too small a potato for them.
After cutting holes in our drywall to find the source of a leak, we were told they would give us a call back soon to schedule the contractors to repair the drywall. A week later I had not heard back so I called the office and had to leave a message. No one called me back until mid the next week when a contractor calls saying he will be out the next day. I had to scramble to get off work so we could finally get this finished. During the original visit and this visit, they were not prepared and had to leave multiple times to pick up things they forgot like a shop vac. I probably would have let this all go because I was just happy to have it finally finished, but when we received the invoice there was only 1 line water leak repair and a total of $5k. When I called and asked for an itemized invoice, they sent the same invoice again. So I called again and was asked to explain what I meant by itemized and was then sent a new invoice with 2 lines. One shows 51 hours of labor and then a line saying material costs, but neither line with more of a breakdown. No idea what material that included and no idea how they calculated 51 hours of labor based on the time they were at the house over 3 days (1st day was 3 hours and plumber for 1 hour, 2nd day was 5 hours, and 3rd day was 6 hours- 2 guys and 1 plumber on 1st day /3 guys on 2nd day /and 2 guys on day 3 not 51 hours even though there were times they were waiting around until someone returned with the needed item(s). Definitely would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.
I needed to have work done in preparation for having appliances installed through Home Depot and I was trying to get the site prepped for that. The installation process required shut-off valves above the floor and unfortunately, I have an older home and all of that had to be done. The company was very prompt to respond to my request to have a bid and do the work. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a friendly person. The plumber then proceeded to get frustrated with me that he was being asked to work which he was calling "unnecessary". As I continued to ask him to do the work that I was paying for, he continued to be frustrated by it and that he would have to talk about this with Home Depot for these "unnecessary requirements". He was worked up by this. While I didn't feel threatened by him, as a woman alone in the house it made me uncomfortable to have a contractor get frustrated/angry in my presence for what I'm paying them to do as if I am making this up. It's just not ok. He never turned the water back on to the appliances when he left. I had to pull out the fridge and turn the water back on. The water to my dishwasher was never turned back on, which I learned later and I don't know how to turn it on so I have to wait for the new one to be installed and wash dishes by hand until then. To set up the work in the kitchen he used a shut off valve in the basement which leaked and ruined the ceiling tiles which now have to be replaced due to water staining. He left those wet tiles on the floor and ceiling open and a mess on the floor for me to sweep up. Also, really not ok. I am not sure what the issue was here with this guy but this wasn't a good experience.
Repair well don, thanks
They fixed my toilet. Turned out needed replacing. Still had small leak, but came back and fixed it. Friendly service. Great price. I was satisfied.
When we called we had one plumbing problem. But by the time Probuild arrived we had two unrelated plumbing issues. Mark walked in. Looked at the problems and immediately knew what to do. He retrieved the parts, fixed both issues and was out of here in 1.5 hrs.
Really nice plumber. Courteous, neat and efficient. I will use this company from now on. I can’t BELIEVE I had Roto Rooter come unclog a kitchen drain! Talk about a money rape!
Plumber that arrived was very professional and punctual. Easy to talk to and explained everything very well. would highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.
The crew was very kind and punctual. I had them finish the basement put a bathroom in as well. I will use them again for sure!
