Mike's attitude was trouble. I did not like how he cut me off on giving him driving instructions to my home. He was not polite. He was sharp and quirt. I had to tell him, he did not have to get smart with me. I was only answering his questions. I would never use his company nor refer him to anyone.

First to call; came next day at time stated. Unfortunately, microwave needed discontinued part that cost almost as much as replacement so did not purchase.

He was very knowledgeable and prompt, and even when I thought I still had a problem, he was back to take care of my dryer.

i would rate them below one star> they took my money for a part they said would take a week to get it - it took closer to 2 - then still couldnt get the 2 year old machine working and promised to get the proper part and fix it. let's just say i've been without a washer for 3 weeks now and he asked for half up-front!!!!!!!!! watch out.

He was great, very knowledgeable and was sensitive to my scheduling issues. GOOD WORKER

work was excellent and timely. they diagnosed the problem as the dryer needing a new motor and were here the next day installing it.

Their experience with the work was good but the attitude of the technician was very questionable. He wasn't friendly.

Very professional, correct diagnosis and repair of refrigerator, cleaned up whole area, even my own dust bunnies under the refrigerator!

We used them a couple months ago and they were right on time. This time for a different repair, they were behind by a couple of hours BOTH times. Since both of us work out of the home, this makes it very difficult taking more time off than needed. The repairman do a good job and know the business. I just wish they were more timely.

They charged us an arm and a leg, and 3 months later our fridge still doesn't work correctly. They are always in a rush, and the tech never has the correct tools, and was always asking us to borrow items, or for things like towels or bleach. He also makes assumptions about what is broken, so we have all sorts of new parts on the fridge, and the previous parts work fine! They have been out to our house 7 or 8 times, we still are having issues, and when I call them, they make it clear they aren't happy to talk to me - well, the feeling is mutual!! I wish I had never heard of these guys!

Mike was friendly and he assessed and fixed the problem quickly (10 minutes). However, his price for the repair was on the very high side in my opinion. $200 to replace a part which cost $60 which I found out later on after researching the cost of the part. He provides quick service but be prepared to pay for his efficiency.

I liked him very well. Experienced and new exactly what was wrong and what to do. I didn't like giving a deposit, but I did. He came out the next day, completed the repair and it worked out fine. I also thought it was high. One hundred percent markup on the part and 134.00 for 30 minutes of labor.

He came the next day. Had to order a part and came back two days later to fix the problem we called about. He also cleaned out lint from inside dryer. The only negative was before he left, he said I needed a new hose and told me how to install. He said he didn't have that part and that it would be easy enough for us. I wish he carried more parts and been able to change the hose for us. It is NOT easy for me or my husband to do things like that because of non-obvious disabilities but since he seemed ready to fly and lacked the necessary supplies, I didn't push the subject.

Didn't come when they said they would. Did not answer voicemails to re-arrange visit. Did replace two stove controls for $500.

Mike arrived on time and was here for less than a half hour. He figured out the problem with my dryer and even swept the floor before he left.

Very responsive & accomodating. Will certainly use them again.

micheal did an awesome job. He was quick to identify the problem. The office kept me informed when parts became available.Micheal went above and beyond to get my outdoor grill in working order.

He was available right away and he completed the work for a reasonable price.
