Ricardo was very good. He came to our home, checked the situation, advised us on the most economical way to fix the issue and charged us a nominal fee (compared to other places I spoke with). We plan to call him again when necessary.

I would not recommend Ricardo. I hired him to inspect the air conditioning unit on a home that I was interested in purchasing. He was not knowledgeable about the system and spent most of his time rambling about how he would need to destroy part of the home to check it. He is terrible at communicating and has a very short attention span.

Ricardo replaced parts on boiler. he had to make several trips but he was very responsive and actually aeducated me some issues i had with system

The technician did not arrive on time and even forgot that he had an appointment. No follow-through. Did not thoroughly examine system which resulted in significant drywall damage.
