Brandon came out next day after we called to have our roof inspected to sell the home. Because he was so prompt and professional, we also used him to do the tuckpointing on our chimney. The chimney now looks like new, and it brings us great relief that our buyers are so happy with the work performed as well. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience done with such ease. We're very grateful for the quality of work and would highly recommend him.

I canâ t speak highly enough about ProTech Roofing Group, as well as the lead contractor/foreman Brandon. For those that are familiar with flat roofs, performing a complete tear off and new installation is much more labor-intensive than a normal pitched roof. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to do business with Brandon and his company due to his clear communication and responsiveness. He exceeded my expectations on price (about 25% less than the three other bids I received), but most importantly he gave me several options and recommended I go with a less costly fix (that would hold up longer than the other options!) when the other roofers weâ re pushing for the most expensive solution. Donâ t get me wrong, a tear off roof, whether it is flat or pitched, is not inexpensive as it is a large project for a residential home. However, this is the first roofer Iâ ve ever come into contact with who followed through on EVERY promise he made. In addition, the craftsmanship from his entire team, as well as how courteous they all were, was second to none. It was also a pleasant surprise to see no debris on the ground after each day of work! I canâ t speak highly enough about this company!

Brandon was very responsive, courteous and helped to step in when I was under the gun to get my entire roof replaced quickly. The company is very reputable and the work was very professional. His integrity was apparent, he was very assuring and communicative through out the process. They even started the job a day early when bad weather was in the forecast towards the end of the scheduled job. The job was done quickly (from start to finish) and done very well. After being burned by multiple other roofing companies and losing a boatload of time and money trying to replace a leaky flat room on my garage ... I found Brandon at Protech Roofing. From the start, he was considerate and communicative. He understood the situation that the other companies left me in and he was responsive and helpful. Because this was a smaller project several of the companies I contacted never even returned the call. Protech not only returned the call promptly, gave me a great quote, explained different price options to me to repair a hole created by critters. They followed up with me, worked out financing to help me out, and took care of the work very promptly. Communication was great, price was great ,quality of work was great! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Protech is very professional! Contacted shortly after making a request, on Angie s list, ProTech explained who they are, asked what we needed, and let us know they d like to earn our business. The price was the best, of all who contacted us. They understood and agreed, that our home is our biggest investment. Realizing Easter weekend was important, due to visitors and family visits, they were able to begin our project on Saturday. With the roaring, high winds...which did not let up until late night, the company willingly decided to complete the project early Easter morning. (There was no upcharge or change in price), like many companies pass along. We were blessed to have an honest, dependable, company work with us. They informed us every step of the way. There are no hidden costs, or surprises. We know that ProTech was God sent! My husband and I are very appreciative of their service, and highly recommend their company.

Took the contractor a little bit to get approval from the village, but kept me informed throughout the process and was able to get it done within a week of signing the contract.
