Protech Appliance Repair

I hired a man name Ronny. He told it would be 89.00 to show but he charged me 150.00. He said the part for the dishwasher was 400.00, and the part for an old garage frig would be 300.00. The part for the dishwasher is 200.00 not 400.00. I could not afford this so he left. I find out latter that the part for the dishwasher was find just a loose connection. I will never hire from Angi again. Laura P.

Ronnie was very nice. I'm not sure if he worked on Miele dryers before, but he asked me for the model number and did his research before he came. He found the problem, which was a simple belt. We had to wait for the part to come in, but when it did, he came the next day to complete the repair. It was a bit pricey, but the work was done well and efficiently! I would call him again for appliance repair and recommend him!

Ronnie was our repair technician to fix our dryer. He arrived on time for the appointment I had scheduled yesterday. He was very knowledgeable about all appliances not just dryers. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

He did his best but still not working

Explained the problem with our refrigerator so we could understand the issue. We wound up replacing rather than repairing, but would definitely have used this company if we did repair. Service call fee was fairly priced.

He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and he was reasonable with his pricing!

Called that morning and showed up at 12pm right on time. Called 4 other places and never received a answer back from anybody else. Was cordial and looked at the side by side fridge and decided what needed to be fixed and we needed a new part. The estimate for the house call was inexpensive. But I decided to by another fridge because I was not going to have any other problems if the other side stopped working. I highly recommend them.
