Technically impressive to a layman regarding home theater installation (plus security system). My project was significant for a home installation. They sigificantly underestimated their time requirements. They compensated by bringing in more staff, which was reasonable. I did not haggle with them over price. Hit an unforeseen glitch. They failed to fully consider integration with my existing components, requiring additional cost of a few hundred dollars. They shared some of the over-run costs. Currently, we are on day 9 of a 2-day project, but they got the dish on-line but uncalibrated in 2 days.
