Mike answered all my questions and was super polite. When he came to the house, he looked at most everything and let me know even the smallest things that the house could use to make it better. I even received a detailed email with pictures that he took from the house so that I could see what he told me after the initial inspection. They had many reviews for companys that reached our area and pricing was in the middle range of what we expected so that's also why we chose this company.

Mike took his time and was thorough, and then he made sure to break down what was going in the report at the end and gave us the opportunity to ask any and all questions. Very professional!
