Zero stars!!!!!! Scammers, doesn't honor warranty on products! Spent 10k cash on six doors and have had problems from day one! Posted a review on their website and get a response to call them!!!!! I HAVE!!!! Trinity their point person has ignored my calls! They have my number they have my account they know how to get in contact with me customer service totally unacceptable, workers are substandard!

The experience was terrible. They rescheduled my appointment numerous of times. When someone finally arrived he came with a shattered glass door stating it broke and he would put the door up then come back in a week with a new glass window. He then proceeds on to state how he could not put the door up at all because the guy that did the estimate measured the door wrong so he had the wrong side. Another guy came out the following day and stated how he could not put the door in due to the framework that needed to be done and someone else would have to come to complete the job. The owner came out and stated the guy he sent only deals with simple jobs and he would have to send another person out who could do the entire job. I decided to not proceed with them as it was understood from day one what had to be done so as to why so many people came out and could not fix the door was unacceptable. I am now charged $79 for cancellation of the business service as they could not clearly provide the service that needed to be done and just wanted to keep sending inexperienced people out to do a job that should be able to be done because they call themselves a door complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone. What a lie.

They did work hard but at the end of the day they rushed and left an opening at the bottom of the back door and the front door has 2 openings at the bottom. Still waiting for a call back from the company.

I bought four doors and all new construction, the installer was searching my home, he brought his three-year old with him he had the wrong measurement for the side door, he said that his boss told him to put it up anyway.

I ordered 2 storm doors. The front door was fine. The back door was wrong 3-times. 1) Wrong swing 2) Wrong frame 3) Wrong mortise for the hardware. They cancelled the installation of my back door 5 times. They were 3 hours late the last time. I did not receive a phone call. I had to call them to find out what was going on. they said they would call me back and never did. Customer service hung up on me when I demanded my money back. They said we were disconnected, if so why not call me back instead of me having to call them after 45 minutes. Then they blamed it on the manufacturer. Worst experience I have ever had and they will not refund my money.

Door was damaged by installer and they tried to deceive me by painting over bulged screws that installer broke by screwing too tight. Brand new screen door now with paint that does not match
