"Bob called us early on Wednesday October 30th 2019. He said that he had sewage pipe break under his home and that the plumber would not make repairs the sewage pipe until it was cleaned up. We responded quickly and I send my crew out with in 1.5 hour. We gave him a fair estimate and he agreed and we started the work. When we finished that day we did so in less time that we estimated and gave him a credit back for that time. What he complained to us about after we finished was that we used only 1 bag of absorbents. We actually used 2 bags of absorbents and left a third bag there so if he wanted to add more later he would have more . The final bill was less than estimated and we only billed him for exactly what work was completed. We are a 24 hrs, 7 days a week water damage restoration company. After reviewing this project it was performed correctly. We regret that Bob was not 100% satisfied. We learned that we need to communicate better on the materials we use.- Ronald "Ron" Andersen"
"Mr M.[Consumer name withheld at their request] did have some issues with my employees not performing to our standard of excellence. I made several trips to his home to discuss these issues. The cabinetry did not meet his approval or mine so we gave him a full credit for this charge. We also had a couple of challenges matching the existing paint colors but we re-painted until it matched. The employees that did not perform to his standard or mine were dismissed. We really want to satisfy our customers and I believe we do meet that standard today.
