Michael Kildevaeld was a superb professional. Clear, comprehenive in all his communications, pleasant, and an extremely hard worker who knows exactly what he is doing. I can't believe how brand new our roof looks now compared to how filthy it was before his arrival! Commercial Exterior Building Painting or Staining Service
The team tackled a tough job of a badly deteriorating deck floor and railing. It took several days of sanding to get to a level and smooth surface ready for staining. In addition, they did window trim, fixed pulpy garage door and widow sill areas, power washed house and deck and painting a portion of siding that was peeling. Overall, a good deal of work done after a great prep job.

Mike and his team are 95% complete on roofing, trim and siding, porch and deck rebuild, paint and carpentry at my 200 year old Cape house. So far, 5 stars for fast service and quality of work! The change has been transformational and even with some additions to the contract for hidden roof and beam rot the change orders have stayed within 10 percent of the estimate. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a lovely job painting and a horrible job estimating. Quoted one number. A little higher than other quotes that we had received but felt confident they would do a good job. AFTER they started, they raised their quote by 25%, saying they made a mistake. We were pressed for time and felt boxed-in. We agreed. Not a situation I would wish on anyone!

"We have contracts SIGNED by all parties. That locks in the price and said work. I have never changed a price in my entire career. We do put on the estimates if we see some wood needs to be replaced, we will charge $65 per hour plus materials (After we ask customer would like us to replace). But if this was all true then what I am reading here is that you agreed to pay said amount and then three years later you would like to file a complaint about a price you agreed on? Very strange I am sure there is more to this, but I am glad you like the job and thought it was lovely."
