I needed some roof repair work done on my home. Not something one often needs. Provident Building was one of the companies I contacted, and they were the only ones that promptly replied. Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable. The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well. I was really pleased with the whole experience doing business with Provident Building and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Provident roofing. From the start of our initial call Provident aided us in the process of filing a claim with our insurance. We were approved for a new roof and gutters due to sever hail damage that was caused from a storm. Without masters aiding us in the insurance process I do not think the insurance process would have been as easy. The installation team for the roof did an excellent job on the install. Only complaint was the length of time it took to do the job. It was supposed to be a two day install and it took the entire week. This was addressed with the site manager and he did address it with the crew after this job. Quality of the install was excellent and the workmanship definitely was top notch. We also had gutters installed and the crew for that was also very professional and did a top notch job. We are very happy with our new roof. If you want a company that will take care of you from the start to the finish Provident Roofing is the way to go.

My chimney was leaking inside. A very competent worker came out and spent hours repairing the flashing, the lining under it, and shingles that were not correctly placed. He arrived early in the morning, left late at night, and left the area immaculate. I will always call on Provident whenever I have an issue with my roof.

Customer service was excellent, and I love the new roof they installed in one day with good cleanup. Ed was really thorough and patient working with me and my terrible insurance company through the whole process. I had my dad who worked in architecture/construction for many years on the phone with me when Provident was running through the new roof options for me, and he was pretty impressed with the company and felt I was getting a great quality job for a competitive price. I would definitely recommend Provident to anyone.

The technicians arrived on time for both the estimate and repair appointments. The work was done in the time frame and at the price quoted. Nice clean job.

They did a wonderful job in replacing the roof of our house. It was very professional, timely & neat work. They helped so well with choosing the perfect color of the roof to fixing the day and time of work. And the 2 day work was very precise and they are very hardworking team! Matt in particular was very understanding, helpful and courteous in explaining the roof-related problems and proposed a genuine solution. He was very helpful in attending to our minor issues later on and made sure it is done to our satisfaction. He also offered a solution to fix the entrance porch and the house looks so new! Provident team ensures customer satisfaction so I highly recommend them. Big 5 stars to the entire team! Thank you!
