Central A/C - Service or Repair
Today, ( Saturday ) I used Service Magic for a referral to someone who could fix my Central Home Air Conditioning system. It had stopped working. Being that this is a weekend I really did not expect to have my system fixed today. However, My AC was indeed fixed today. I was a referral to Providence Mechanical Services. The service I had was fantastic. And the cost was very fair! Thank You Service Magic and Thank You Providence Mechanical Services. Service Magic gave me an excellent referall.

Due to the flooding in our area there was delay in them comming due to complications on other another job. However, they keep me informed as to there progress and their expected arrival time ( a real time not from 8:00 to 12:00 but 1:00 PM). They came and were very professional performed their work. They will be my first call in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Ray! He arrived at our home on a Friday night within an hour of filling out an online request. Ray discovered and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He also offered great advice about our current furnace as well as future heating and cooling needs. Ray was extrememly polite, friendly, and professional.
