Clear reason why they have a contract with Erie Insurance.

Brent came out and claimed a 1 5/8 inch gap between my wall and the support beam was due to the concrete pad rotating. However, as explained, it is due to the old 1 3/8 inch cider siding that used to be on the house and was still on the other side. Also, he made claims that the pad was turning and rotating, however, there was no separation in the crack where the pad broke or from the house. It was clear Brent has a degree in engineering but has never done construction or takes into consideration home renovations. He also claimed that water can suck upwards from a facia board six inches and can continue to go uphill five feet and that was the reason for our leaking roof. The absence of basic construction was unrealistic.

The Engineer came to my home in a timely manner, made his evaluation, explained his findings and prepared a report, that I can use in a cival court case.

Quick response when I called them. The report was ready when they said it would be delivered and they were available by phone to answer follow-up questions.

Brian got to work right away checking cracks and foundation. He determined the most likely cause for the cracks and addressed my concerns and he explained his findings in easy to understand terms. Overall, a very good experience.

Brian came out to look at a couple of walls that need to come down. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually looked at additional areas that might be of concern later on in the future. His formal report outlined specific steps to repair as well as additional recommendations to ensure long term resolution. He was extremely pleasant to deal with.

He came out 12/1/16 and spent about an hour. He was thorough and was very kind and is willing to help walk you through the issues you maybe having to help design a plan. He was punctual and had the report to me the next day. I had a few people come and give me outrageous quotes and prices. This will help me to be able to save some money. He has volunteered to be a point of contact through the process and helping to make any changes when my home remodel design is projected. Very professional and affordable.
