Electric Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
I woke up to no heat on a Saturday morning, and found this website. I requested a quote at 6:00 am in the morning and Patrick called me back at 7:00 am and told me that he would be there at 9:30. I was so nervous about the cost, but more than once Patrick reassured me that it wouldn't be that expensive. It turns out it was just a dirty blower motor. It was cleaned and running better than ever in less than an hour. He told me that he will put me on a calling list to call and remind me when it's time to clean it again. Patrick was very honest, and kind and I will be using him again and recommending him to family and friend

Heat Pump - Install or Replace
Great communicator! Patrick is honest, courteous, and I trust him. His bid was without question the best I could ever have expected in todays economy. He replaced my sixteen year old central heat and air (heat pump) system in one day. I highly recommend him to any who read this rating. You will probably pay too much if you hire someone other than Providential Services, LLC.

At first, I thought he was honest but several things happened AFTER I paid him and thought he was great....a) he did not give me an invoice but promised to email it and never did. b) we are selling our home and needed a copy of the invoice and report, I called him to AGAIN ask for the report and he never returned my call or emailed it c) during our home inspection, they pointed out several things that he should have covered and repaired during his visit just two weeks ago. He seemed nice enough, but not sure what he really did while he was here and did not like the lack of follow up when the job was "done"

Patrick was very professional over the phone and in person. He was extremely accomodating and even called to check on our well being after wildfires swept through near our home and to see if we needed to reschedule due to power outages, etc.
