Alex did a very thorough inspection and provided a reasonable estimate to repair a hole in our roof that was leaking and staining our ceiling. Dmitriy showed promptly on the scheduled day and did a great job completing the repair. Would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to water damage.

Provision spent considerable time evaluating what it would take to repair years of hidden water damage in our home. They provided a very detailed work plan and schedule. This project required the removal and rebuilding of one of our chimneys, a deck that was attached to the chimney base, the ceiling and walls in a basement bedroom, and the floor joists that support the chimney. The exterior of our house is stucco, so it needed to be carefully matched to avoid unsightly evidence of the repairs done. There was mold in the damaged areas, so Provision sealed off the affected areas and pressurized them to prevent it from spreading. During the initial repair, Provision discovered additional water damage and mold, and provided several options for repair. They also provided several repair options, explaining the pros and cons of each. The work was done in very timely manner and within budget. At every step, the quality of work was excellent. The workers were very skilled, experienced, and professional. Instead of cutting corners, Provision went above and beyond. For example, the project estimate called for one wall and part of the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom to be repaired - drywall removed, mold treatment applied, drywall replaced, and the affected areas painted. Provision not only painted the affected areas, they painted almost the entire room. I would recommend Provision to anyone who needs any kind of repair in their area of specialty, from small jobs to major construction projects like ours.
