Pruitt Paint Company

I had an excellent experience with Pruitt Paint Company. Tim and his crew did an amazing job, and his pricing was fair (especially compared to some bids that were way overpriced for the size of the job which was a condo). Tim helped me make sure the project stayed on schedule, and he was even able to come back and finish some trim work around new flooring after the walls & ceiling were already completed! Even my flooring guy remarked what a nice job the painters did. I would absolutely recommend working with Tim and Pruitt Paint Company.

The work itself was excellent - the workman was courteous and meticulous. My patio was expertly patched and painted. The person who communicates with clients is very prompt, AND he could improve the quality of his professional communication. He answers the phone very casually ('this is Tim') rather than with the name of his company. He never once referred to me by name, which suggests that he may not pay attention to such things. He gave me an unrealistic estimate of the time it would take to complete the job given the tasks required (though the person who performed the work affirmed that it would take two days). Though I had given him a paint card with the color and number, he was unsure what color I had chosen and waited until after 11am on the day the painting was scheduled to take place to call me and confirm. A more efficient approach would have been to follow up with me yesterday so that the workman could possibly have gotten an earlier start.
