Landscape Design Service
Over priced. Didn't do what I asked. Ruined my yard. Looks way worse after their work than before. Mixed dormant grass with my non dormant grass so patches of my yard is brown in winter. Didn't follow my instructions on how to fix my sprinklers I had to go back and reset them after they left. They are horrible don't hire them all they want is your money. Customer care and service is bad.

I regret that my scheduled time was pushed forward because the job you scheduled prior to mine went over. I had taken work off and had a Dr. Appiontment when you COULD come to do the work.I did not inspect my property before I paid you and found the small chunk was gone on my fence and I had already paid. I think it's your business to be sure no damage is done and if there is damage you should tell the customer.

My old tree looks awesome! The tree has some shape to it again. They trimmed, cut, shredded, cleaned up the yard, part of the neighbor's yard, street like you'd never knew they were here. Great job - recommended to neighbor already.

Seemed very professional, but price was about 40 % higher then company I hired. The job was a simple tree trunk removal. The majority of the work was already completed. The price seemed a little exhorbitant as if the job was bid without taking the amount of work into consideration. They were very responsive and easy to reach and set up an appointment for a bid. On time for the bid and responsive for information on tree replacement. Did not identify that the tree had a fungus and would have planted a new tree in the same spot, which coudl have been problematic for the new tree.

I dont recommend this company. I paid a huge price for removal of a tree in my front yard. They did not remove all of the roots of this single tree. It took many phone calls and three trips for them to remove the roots like they had promised. They were more than 1 1/2 late to the time that they had promised me. When I originally talked with Ryan a fast talking sales man he told me that they had sonar to detect all of the roots and could see them on a screen so all of them would be removed. I am a single mom and paid a huge amount for this tree to be removed "the right way". I am very disappointed in their service and feel ripped off.

They did an outstanding job. In less than 2 hours, the tree was completely removed and all clean up was done, including the clean up from the limbs we had removed from the tree the previous day. And the price was very reasonable.

Miichael called within 30 minutes of my Service Magic inguiry. He arrived as scheduled. The first thing he did when he arrived was to present me with his business card and a copy of his insurance and license. He was very understanding that we would be working on a budget. Upon agreeing to do the job, we were told they would arrive at 7:00 a.m. The first truck arrived at 6:55 a.m. and the last truck arrived at 7:10 a.m. A very professional crew of 7 men. When Michael could call us out for a question, the crew would stop there work so there would be no dirt in the air. The work was done on time and on budget. We were very pleased.

Mike is very good for what he does. He really knows what he is doing and we are very glad that we had hired him for the job. All the trees and especially the olive tree in front of our home looks its best now.
