Working with Puffin was incredible. What originally started with a small repair became much larger when we began demolishing portions of our house that had fallen into disrepair and Kristian and his team were there every step of the way. From communicating changes and keeping us up to date on expenses and needed repairs to educating us on code compliance and inspection schedules we felt safe in Puffinâ s hands. Our home is now safe, strong and beautiful because of Puffinâ s hard work and dedication. I would happily work with them again.

I am very happy we were able to connect with Puffin Builders. They helped us recover from flood damage in one of the bedrooms. Jennifer was very helpful in suggesting a pragmatic solution to the drainage issue that caused the damage and did a great job managing the various subcontractors needed to return the bedroom to a habitable space. Jennifer made sure the workmanship was of good quality and was not shy about directing the workers when they needed it. We plan to work with them again in the near future on other projects we are planning.

All work was done promptly and at contracted price. I am very pleased with services rendered.

I am very pleased with the quality and construction of the fence. Jennifer did an amazing job making sure she understood how I wanted the fence to be built and communicated that to the wonderful fence crew. The fence was built to keep my dog in the yard and give extra privacy from the neighbor. Both of the requirements were met and the fence also looks beautiful and sturdy! They didn't go over budget or over the estimated time. I would definitely recommend Puffin Builders & Jennifer!
