I hired Puget Sound Abatement after a tree strike, and my experience was very disappointing. Three items?a curtain rod, crib hardware, and a ladder?went missing after their crew?s exclusive access. I provided timestamped photos showing these items were present before and during the work, but missing after. The company denied responsibility, despite no one else having access, and their explanations didn?t add up. Their promised documentation was incomplete and inconsistent, and they refused to reimburse the $373.96 replacement cost. I also had to fix a billing error for hours not worked. Poor communication and lack of accountability left me with no confidence in their professionalism. I recommend considering another company.

These guys were great, the project manager came and did an onsite estimate, took accurate measurements and got the full story. The original time estimate was 2.5 days. The removal team showed up on time and because they brought a couple of extra guys, were able to do the project in one day. They did everything as agreed and really hustled. I would hire again. As for value, I marked 4 stars because I don't really have a reference point for this type of work. Their bid was slightly higher than a sight unseen bid I also received, I gave Puget Sound Abatement the job because they did an onsite estimate and knew what they were getting into.

I was very pleased with this company. They were very professional. They came when they said they were going to and they were done when they said they were going to be. Their prices were very reasonable.

They said they do airborne testing for the assumes asbestos problem, but they don't. They do particulate testing and for additional fee (which they don't tell you at the beginning) they will send the sample they take off to the only testing facility in the country (3000 miles away) and you have to wait for the 2-3 weeks till they get to your sample.

the job was done a day early which was nice. There was more damage to the walls (not in scope) that i was expecting and that took my time to fix.

They called us to set up an appointment. Two guys came out and gave us a solid estimate. A three man crew showed up at the time specified. They did the job in half the expected time. We are planning a lot of demolition and told them that collateral damage to the walls and woodwork was acceptable. That may be why they were able work so fast. They were very courteous and left everything clean. We recommend them.

Extremely professional and fast. Would gladly recommend them and work with them again, though they were so thorough I doubt I will need to!

Joe was awesome. He was extremely responsive, professional, and efficient. The company is fairly priced for the services they provide. I'd recommend using Puget Sound Abatement for any testing and abatement work you may need!
