Appraisal Real Estate Service
The valuation appeared far below market expectations, and I did not feel the report adequately reflected the property?s condition, upgrades, or comparable sales. When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive rather than professional.
What troubled me most was the apparent lack of concern for customer feedback. Instead of engaging constructively with questions about the appraisal, I was left feeling that homeowner concerns were simply brushed aside.
An appraisal can have a major financial impact on families, refinancing decisions, and property transactions. For that reason, professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness matter. Based on my experience, I would not choose this appraiser again and cannot recommend the service to others.
