Company sent out a qualified electrician who gave us an on the spot price which we accepted. The work was done quickly and effectively. The reason for only 3-stars on Customer Service is that he installed one of the five new outdoor lanterns crookedly, which we only noticed a few days later. Since these were taken right out of the new box and installed right away, we assumed the crookedness was a manufacturing defect rather than any damage caused by the electrician. We believe he should have advised us of this before he installed it. We could have rectified the issue with the seller if we would known at the time. Too late discovered, it now hangs crooked on the wall for all to see. Oh, well.

They were very kind, quick & professional. Was a little surprised at the cost, was on the higher end for ceiling fan installation. However they did a great job and would definitely have them do more electrical work. Absolutely worth it!

Charlie came out an evaluated my electrical box and did not charge me. Charlie told me that there was nothing wrong with my electrical box it was grandfathered in. This home inspector lost me a sale on my condo for his lack of electrical knowledge.

People make the difference! Luis and Katherine came in and took care of my issues. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They did a great job, they worked quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them work on my house. Very good people. Charlie's Electric had the team out sooner than I expected, I was expecting them at the end of the week. I received a text from Charlie's the same night I contacted them with a time slot for the next day. Super fast service, done with a smile, explained everything that they were going to do to diagnose the problem, options to fix it and fixed the problem in short order. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend Charlie's Electric and Luis and Katherine in particular.

The work was done on time, let the job site in an orderly state. We thought for the man hours used to complete the job, the cost was a little high, but we did not have time or the ability to get competing bids due to the Covid 10 situation. This company fixed our problem and we are greatful they were able to do so.

I met with many electricians for my projects. Many were overpriced and didnt meet my needs. Charlie worked with me to find a plan that works for me. This a local business that I support. His crew led by Seth came in and knocked out my multi part project quickly. They were professional and explained everything. Highly recommend using this business.

Rental house was needing some major electrical. The guys at Charlie's were able to explain to my landlord and get the whole house re wired for us. Louis and Seth were here on time every morning, fast, efficient, and most of all friendly. These guys are the best at what they do. Highly recommend them for any electrical work you need. Plus they even brought Tamales...lol 🤤
