Randy was very professional and friendly. He did a good job of cleaning my dryer vent, and didn't take very long at all. He came right on time, and called a 1/2 hour before arriving. I set up an appointment to have my heater ducts cleaned in a couple of weeks too. I am confident those techs or tech will do a good job too. They arrived on time, giving me a call about a 1/2 hour before arrival, and were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with their cleaning. They vacuumed my ducts/vents and dryer. I could not find the correct category/service above.

Completely tore down our 100 year old chimney and rebuilt it. Neat, clean, quality work. Cleaned up the yard before they left. Worked quickly, kept me advised of what they were doing, could not have been a better experience.

Professional, courteous, friendly, and non-disruptive during the sweep/inspection and the chimney repair/clean/seal jobs. Cleaned up well afterward, as well. Jobs well done, keeping their information on file.

Steven was nice and friendly, I did however find some ash in front of my house I wasn't happy about that.

I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. They cleaned the lint mess off of the roof and completed the work quickly. They had the concern to let me know about the build-up in my neighbor's chimney so I could let him know about the issue.
