They came to do the tile in December 2021 and there's a hollow spot on our floor tile and the tiles in our shower are popping off. The tiles started to fall off the shower floor nine months after he finished the job. We reached out to him about this and he told us that the tile was too thin.. I'm wondering why someone in the industry would install this tile/ not tell the owners about this if they knew the tile wouldn't hold up. He would also not help us fix it when we reached out to him those 9 months later. Would not recommend. We are now in the process of finding someone else to redo our tile since our shower is now unusable.
