Excellent work and really nice people. And they didn't want me to make a deposit well in advance of the installation as two other companies wanted. I didn't pay a penny until the installation was mostly done.

They were fast and super nice. I was really in a bind and they were very professional. Quality of service was excellent. Very happy I went with them over one of the big national stores!

24 hrs after my first conversation with Josh, I have a new direct vent water heater installed, and old leaking one hauled away. There were no surprise costs, and they returned immediately to caulk the exterior vent cap when I noticed they'd forgotten to. Very professional, which is VERY rare. I'd use them again.

Fast service. There's a little problem on the job before mine and arrival time was delayed in 1 hr.

I bought the faucet online, and the installer who came said he had the same one at home. A day or two after he left, water was dripping from the sprayer, so I called Puleo to see if he could suggest a solution or look at the problem. But when I told him about it, he did not offer help. He said that since I bought the fixture he couldn't guarantee it, which I understood. He said that I bought it at Home Depot, which was NOT TRUE. I asked again if he could look at it. He repeated that Home Depot items have cheap parts. I repeated that I did NOT buy the fixture there. He obviously didn't believe me. I will never call Puleo again.

First rate from start to fnish. Friendly and knowledgeable on the the phone, there on site within 4 houts and the job complete within 6, dealt cheerfully and efficently with difficulties of working around an old home perched on a ledge, And all for the price price quoted, which was teh same price billed. My plumber/heater from here on.

Mr. Puleo responded to my ServiceMagic request quickly. We easily scheduled a time for him to come to my home. Upon review of my problem, Mr. Puleo made several recommendations, which I agreed with. He was prompt, courteous, and more than fair in his estimate of my problem. I will call Puleo Plumbing & Heating for any future plumbing needs.

Puleo did a good job a resonable rate. They were punctual and cleaned up after the work was completed. I will use them in the future if I need a plumber.
