Jose was able to completely drain the pool, power wash it, clean it thoroughly and re-instate my salt water pool back from having algae and mosquitos! He started working on it on the same day we decided to let him know that we'd like to hire him. He was very easy to work with and he even removed an old slide that we no longer wanted. Jose went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend him.

The initial cleaning of my pool was good. But weekly service was the issue. They tried to change the pump settings and ended up almost drawing my spa. I put a note up not to touch or start the pump and they did anyway and almost drained my pool and sent water down to my neighbors yard. Pump is making horrible noise now and I will have to hire another company to check everything out and make sure no damages. Told them to NEVER step on my property again.

on time very big with me... very professional listened well to my needs for my problems... explained what his plan was to fix the problem and gave me a written quote for the work...at the end of the day i hired him...the next day he and his son showed up on time and got started... together they were able to clearup a good part of the problem educating me as they go... i'm very appreciative for that...They instructed me to keep my pump running thru to monday when they will return to continue to correct my pool problem.. to this point i'm very pleased and i'm confident that i will be swimming soon...i'm considering hiring them for monthly pool maintenance service... Oh his son is very professional and helpful just like his dad....

Always so afraid of hiring someone that was not recommended but I needed a pool service. My daughter found Pulpitos pool service on line. Jose Duarte was very prompt, reliable and professional, and best of all he really seemed to know what he was doing.

he was very thorough

Jose did an excellent job to clean and start up a very neglected pool. However, he was supposed to start regular maintenance on Wednesdays, and no one has contacted me or shown up. I will have to contact someone else for regular service.

They are very reliable

The first day that they came out was great. I haven't seen them since. Not sure they have even come out to service my pool. I called and they told me that they sub the work out. I don't know who or when they come out. I haven't heard back from them.

I found the inidivual who did the pool cleanup and maintainance did a superior job. He made several trips to get it back to normal. It had suffered from lack of proper attention for a long time.
