I would like to know how to assess costs for jobs like this to better make decisions. Pulse was transparent about its rates and they moved right along but I have no way to evaluate the hourly rates. They did exactly what I wanted, though.

Jesus ran new lines for a water heater and recirculating pump in my garage. He ran them above the ceiling and recessed the outlet boxes in the wall so the only exposed conduit was from panel to ceiling. Everything was trimmed out and neat. He also spotted an issue that wasn't to code and resolved that, too. Great work and great to work with. Would easily hire Pulse Electric again.
