    I would like to know how to assess costs for jobs like this to better make decisions. Pulse was transparent about its rates and they moved right along but I have no way to evaluate the hourly rates. They did exactly what I wanted, though.

    These are the guys you need to hire for your electrical needs. They changed out my electric panel and installed a new sub panel in my garage. Power was out for a short 6 hours while they changed it out. Quality worker a super fair price!

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
