Pultorak's HVAC

I put in requests for quotes. Craig messaged right away and set up a time to see the project. He gave a very reasonable quote and start time for the project. He says what he’s going to do and does it. I found him very straight forward and honest. Excellent experience.

Craig and his team installed two ductless mini-splits that quickly made a dramatic improvement in the temperature of my home on a hot, muggy day. Craig is very knowledgeable, installation process was smooth, and we were quite pleased with the reasonable price and the fantastic results!

Pultorak's HVAC installed two air conditioner compressors for us. They were able to take care of us in a matter of days (during a heatwave) and completed the work in one day. Their price was fair and they returned to top off the refrigerant the next day. High quality work and highly satisfactory outcome.

Craig and his team did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Craig tells you how it is and is very knowledgeable. They took out the old furnace and installed the new one in less than a day. Pultorak's HVAC has my highest recommendation.

Craig and his team came on time and took out the old boiler and installed the new boiler quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done and took the time to make sure we knew how the boiler worked and how to maintain it. He even went upstairs (took his boots off) and replaced the valves on the radiators and it s stopping by next week to flush and refill the system. I would highly recommend Craig and his crew!!

Craig and his team were one of the best experiences I have had with getting work done throughout my older (1958) house. They were professional, clean on time and the price was the best around. They explained everything they were doing made recommendations with no pressure and the work included things that were included with other quotes I got and I am more then happy with the outcome. If you need work done call them last it will be the best choice you make.

They came out on a Sunday morning,( NEVER had that happen!) Craig and crew REPLACED AND INSTALLED the furnace the same day. We were getting OUTRAGEOUS quotes for replacement . He made it possible for us to afford a new furnace .He works for you and with you .His men performed like true professionals. I believe in Proof is in Performance ,and they accomplished this. Thank you all Craig Pultorak and co.We will have a warm Holiday season!

The company installed a 6 zones boiler system. The team was on time, clean, friendly. The job was smooth and on time.

Craig and his crew did a great job. He provided a detailed explanation along with the quote, a good price, professional installation and the work was performed as scheduled. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Very prompt, good pricing fast service

Craig and his team were awesome and able to get out to my house within a week of the quote. Craig is very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. We also replaced my furnace. They were clean, respectful and total professionals. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend them.

Responsive, reasonably priced and professional. And fast! Less than two weeks from initial contact to installation and full operation. Great experience. Now we're nice and cool!

Extremely responsive and quality work throughout the project. I would use them again.

Very responsive. Excellent service.

This gentleman called back the same day and came over to see the problem. Craig was wonderful, told us the problem and was within $100.00 of his estimate as he quoted us. Sincerely a all around honest man and we could not have asked for anything more. In fact, if they ever have the same time off together...my husband has a new acquaintance that may turn out to be a friend...but at the least fishing... buddies. Thank you very much for the service, we have used this service more than once and have been very pleased. Thank you again.

I had a great experience with Craig. He installed a brand new Goodman Air Handler and Compressor. He also installed a new section of air duct. Nice and clean installation. And came in on budget.

Staff was knowledgeable found problem right away, pleasant and professional, pointed out possible trouble with ductwork but told us to wait and see if there would be a problem and call them if we needed further work.

Craig is nice, knowledgeable, and get the job done in timely fashion.

My AC system stopped throwing cold air during a recent heat wave. I called around several HVAC installers and repair people. No one available. When I searched on HomeAdvisor, I found Horizon Mechanical immediately. The owner, Craig, called me within 15 minutes. He was at my house that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and gave me a proposal. My old R22 model Air Handler and Compressor needed replacement. Craig gave me a fair price, and excellent time frame for installation -- within 4 business days, I was up and running again! Craig and his team came through in spades. Good-natured team, and great to work with. A superior job with the install. And, it's cool in here again! I highly recommend him.

During the cold snap when so many homes suffered from frozen pipes, Craig and his team came through and got me back up and running as quickly as possible. A superior job with the boiler install, late hours for everyone. I highly recommend.

did the great job in cleaning the Oil burner furnance.
