Puma Carpet did a beautiful job, were friendly, professional and I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

My whole family is pleased with Puma Carpeting's work. The crew removed and replaced about 1600 sq ft of carpet and padding in about 9 hours. The entire crew was professional, polite, and speedy. We watched part of the installation. No shortcuts were taken in preparation, padding installation, carpet installation or cleanup. When they were finished, we inspected carefully, but could not find any problems. The new carpet looks and feels great.

Esau is very easy to work with and does a great job. He worked around our crazy schedule and got the job done on time, as promised, with fantastic results.

A great Hardworking team.

Major complaint is they said the floor would be cured within 24 hours. This was not true and now have a large tear in an obvious place. There was an obvious communication or wrong information and do not believe it can be fixed by trying to communicate with them. Also, they do not take credit cards and required a cash or check payment.

The quote I got from the store was 3x greater than the quote I got from Puma Carpet. I did some of the work myself because I was capable to do so. But the Puma team was quick and clean and professional. They did an excellent job. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors already.
