We just bought our first house and we lost water after 3 days. I called Pump Doctor and Charley answered. They were at my house an hour and a half later. The best part is that they really explained what they were doing, so now I actually understand how my well works. Great guys. I would highly recommend for anything well or pump related.

These guys were excellent. Charlie, Vaughn and I believe the other guy was Tyler were all great. I would use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone asking they are knowledgeable, professional and fair. They beat out two other price comparisons, one by over $2000 and the other by almost $1000.

I called because I had no water in my house. They were able to come the same day. They showed up when the said they would. Charlie and his helper were very nice and easy to work with. They were very professional and have many years of experience. They explained everything they were doing . The price was competitive and he did not hike the price up because it was an emergency. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very impressed with Charlie & his Pump Doctor business. Called over a week ago to discuss the problem we were having with our water & he was so knowledgeable & informative about our older well pump & the possible causes for the recent issues that began a few months earlier. He came out the next day to access the situation & after explaining his methods & exploring the likely problem - soon found & replaced the faulty pressure switch. His fee was so reasonable & his manner very pleasant which made us feel as if we were long term friends - although just meeting for the first time. Would definitely use his services again if needed & highly recommend him to anyone else,

Charlie was easy to work with, very professional and explained everything he was doing. His price was competitive and he was at my house 45 minutes after I called initially . The job was done in a few hours. New well pump in 180 foot deep well with new wiring . The next morning he installed a pressure pump/T packaged in an hour . He’s a local guy who takes pride in his work.

They were very professional and efficient. I called them and within a few minutes they came to assess the issues and when I discovered I could deal with the problem myself they came back out and replaced the well pump. They also gave pointers and tips on what to do immediately after starting the pump and how to deal with any problems that came up int he future.

I called the pump doctor after exhausting my abilities to fix the well. He arrived within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem, and had the equipment in his truck to fix it within a few hours (in my case replace the well pump). Would definitely hire again.

This review is so overdue and I apologize. This father son team is incredible. Soooo nice, professional and very personable. The messy job of removing an old sump pump and installing a new one was done efficiently. Was raked over the coals by other companies but Pump Doctors (love the name) price was soooo reasonable. It was so nice dealing with pros that were caring and extremely honest. Thank you so much

Highly recommend. I have a 600ft well, and started having water pressure issues. I had 5 different companies bid on the job. Four of them correctly diagnosed the problem, but Accurate and Highlands nearly doubled the price for the same exact parts. Not too smart when people can easily look up the prices on the internet. I chose the Pump Doctor for two reasons: Charlie's prices were very fair, but I also trusted him. He predicted there would be a small hole in the galvanized pipe near the pump. Sure enough, it was right where he said it would be. Thank you Charlie! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Best experience! We are new homeowners and still learning A LOT about our home. Charlie and his assistant were soo genuine and kind! They explained so many different things to us about our home and systems. They were honest. The replaced our well pump and we will definitely use them for any other work we need done!

Charlie was great and very nice to deal with. He said he'd be here at 11:00 and was an hour early he was honest a didn't try to talk me into a more expensive pump. I highly recommend to use Charlie you will not be disappointed. Just a reminder he doesn't take credit cards.

Charlie's team are the best in the business. It's so hard to find an honest, experienced, professional plumber nowadays. The Pump Doctor team is so efficient and they do not overcharge or rip off customers. Charlie and his son not only identified the problem right away when I did not have water in the house, but also removed and replaced the well pump in just hours, I did not have to wait around all day for them and they did a magnificent job. The new pump is working perfectly. They were also very careful not to cause any damage to my property and did a great cleanup job afterwards. Excellent service all around!
