"We absolutely steamed cleaned the rug, the time table for rug cleaning and drying is 5-10 business days. She was moving and wanted to rush the process, we picked it up on Friday and delivered it on Monday. If we had spot cleaned it like she says, it would not have still been damp. It did not smell like urine. I offered to go look at the rug and rectify the situation, but she refused. And also, this rug was filthy with lots of stains, and they all came out. The strong smell was not urine, it was the solvent that it takes to get out the grease and black sticky stuff all over the rug."
