When what was suppose to have been an easy DIY project of installing LED lighting in my daughter's bedroom became a nightmare, I called Pur Solar and Nick was sent out to do an initial evaluation. He was honest and efficient in not only fixing what we had tried doing, but explaining why our DIY project did not work out. He expertly installed new LED lighting and it looks great! Communication on the office staff was wonderful and they always took the time to answer all of my questions. If we have any other electrical needs, I know who I will be calling :)

The technician was terrific and explained everything to me. He replaced the outlet plug quickly, upgraded it and only charged $80. I paid by check. He came quickly as well - 12/23 - and was right on time. My only problem was that I was promised an invoice by email and have not received it as yet. I called Thursday and left a message, but still no invoice.

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The serviceman was also very nice. He seemed concerned for our issues. He reassured me of our safety, as I was worried. And he took the time to explain some things to me for my peace of mind. They were very affordable and timely. I'm very happy with their service.

Happy with service

Tried to fix disconnected GFCI circuit, spending hours replacing the original main outlet and trying to determine the source. Finally gave up and contacted Pur Solar. Tommy arrived the next PM ontime, fixed it in 20 minutes. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Only demerit was that the office told me it would be $75 per hour, possibly less if it took less time, so I thought it would be a fraction of the full amount - maybe my misunderstanding. Still very pleased overall!

Service was great.....solved our mystery electrical problem quickly. Will definitely use Pur Solar again.

The electrician arrived on time as scheduled. He found the problem, which was a bad connection in a bedroom outlet that caused a kitchen outlet not to have power....

We had two security lights replaced.

We had 12 can lights put in and they were in and out in 4 hours and they look amazing!
