I made contact with a Pure Air representative within minutes of registering through Service Magic. I was given a fair over the phone estimate. They showed up on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. I would use them again. I was informed about other options to enhance my service but not pressured into an immediate decision. I felt very comfortable with the staff.
